Body Ready Method, Movement, BREECH BALANCING, SPINNING BABIES

Modern life is the first intervention to living comfortably in our bodies, especially during the pregnancy and postpartum period. I am not even talking about stress or nutrition, but how when we sit for the most of our day- we create holding patterns that can cause lots of pain and even impact how our babies are born.

How this work can help you in pregnancy and birth:

  • Full body assessment of tension patterns

  • Learning daily stretches for a more comfortable pregnancy

  • Balancing the pelvic floor and ligaments of the uterus for optimal fetal positioning

  • Learning ways to open each stage of the pelvis to help with your birth

  • Myofascial, trigger point and active release massage to help with more significant pain in pregnancy

If you’re having a breech pregnancy:

  • Breech balancing for babies who are not head down by 32-34 weeks gestation.

  • Learning at-home movements to welcome more balance into your body, providing room for baby to move.

  • Abdominal massage to release tension in the abdomen allowing more space for baby.

Postpartum Recovery:

  • Pelvic balancing to unwind and relieve aches and pains from birth

  • Abdominal fascial work to turn on core muscles

  • Visceral manipulation to balance organ placement to treat mild cases of bladder, uterine and bowel prolapse.

SO, HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED THIS WORK?
